"No Captions Found" Error?
YouTube sometimes blocks the first request. If you see an error saying captions are missing (even if the video has them), please click 'Generate' again. It usually works on the 2nd try.
Do Not Refresh While Generating
Refreshing the page cancels the AI process. Don't worry, your credits are safe and won't be deducted if the generation doesn't complete successfully.
Slide Export Issues?
Make sure you allow pop-ups for the PPTX download. If images are missing in the downloaded file, try regenerating the slide deck.
Transcript Quality?
Ensure the YouTube video has captions (CC) enabled. Auto-generated captions work fine, but manually verified captions yield the best results.
