- You must create an account to use the Service.
- The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased one-time or via subscription.
- Credits are deducted for each successful generation (Article or Presentation).
- We reserve the right to change credit costs or package pricing at any time.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases, provided that you have used less than 3 credits from the purchased bundle. To request a refund, please contact us at support@tubescribe.com.
5. Content & Copyright
Your Input: You retain all rights to the videos or files you submit. You warrant that you have the right to process such content.
Generated Output: You own the copyright to the articles and presentations generated by TubeScribe. We do not claim ownership over the content you create using our tool.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties (AI Limitations)
The Service uses Artificial Intelligence to generate content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or uniqueness of the generated text or slides. AI models can hallucinate or make factual errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the output before publishing or presenting it.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
